1 . Let’s Connect

I start with a discovery call to learn more about your unique struggles and determine if I am a good fit

to provide sleep training support to your family. It also gives us the opportunity to map out

goals and the commitment I make to supporting you on your journey to better sleep.

2. Tell Me About Your Family

After you determine the sleep training program that is best suited for your family, I will share a more in-depth questionnaire, so that we can develop a customized program in alignment with your goals and parenting style.

 

3. Let’s Personalize Your Consultation

Next, we will schedule a 90-minute sleep consultation, where we dive into the program together

so you can get started with sleep training.

 

4. On-Going Support

Your 1:1 sleep coaching begins and includes phone, WhatsApp, and email support for 3 weeks.
